The Polaroid Sun 600 LMS was made in 1983 and resembles the Pronto, The One-Step, The Button, etc...Except the cover/protector folds up to revel the lens/meter system and electronic flash built into the part that folds up.
Uses Type 600 or 600plus pack-film. It has Polaroid's variable aperture/shutter system which exposes the film using a combination of ambient light and "fill" light (flash), as necessary, to automatically provide evenly lit pictures. A infared sensing electronic photocell, located under the view-finder, provides the "brains" for this camera. Fixed focus Aspheric meniscus lens. Earlier versions, such as the Polaroid Amigo 620, use the flash bars.
