In 1930, Cine Products Corporation in New York City advertised a cine camera called the Moveo for a couple of months, then announced in November through Movie Makers that the camera would be available in December after final running tests. Come December, no camera, no ads, no further mention of the product or what became of it. If anyone has knowledge of the company and what became of it, I would like to hear from you. They paid a lot for advertising, so it was unlikely a scam, but bankruptcy or problems of financial support, irrecoverable facility fire, or something.... Very curious what happened and whether any cameras beyond prototypes were produced.
