My friend found this on the trash can, what is this?

Hello everyone.

I´m not familiar with old cameras and that kind of stuff, so maybe someone from here knows

what is this.

I tried to find putting the text which appears over the lenses but i don´t find anything.

"Wilon 1.4.5/50 Will Wetzlar nº255413"

I would appreciate if someone can tell me what is this or if it´s worth anything

It is part of a enlarger, the lamp housing, the pole and baseboard are missing.
