Your Victor Model 5 (1920s - 1940s) should be a 3-lens turret w/focusing lenses. In addition, this is a 16mm movie camera that uses 100' spool film. Has a Newton finder and is powered by a spring operated motor that drives the film 8-64 fps. McKeown's Camera Price Guide assigns a value of between $100-$150. Prices on eBay, for example, may exhibit different results.
