The Polaroid Sonar One-Step Pronto Camera was made in 1978 and is constructed of ridged molded plastic looking much like the One-Step, The Button, Pronto (no sonar), etc... and uses SX-70 Time Zero film. But unlike the above mentioned, it has the addition of sonar technology built into the front of the camera next to the lens. The sonar unit would automaticly focus the lens onto your subject (Sonar is the sending out of sound waves and measuring their return times as they reflect off of objects they strike).
