I have a Kodak Cine-Kodak Eight Model 25 8-mm cine camera. Stamped on the winding key is "B2019". I have thought that this was perhaps a serial number and/or date code, but I have no idea how to decipher it.
I have seen in Internet photos of this camera model similar markings on their winding keys. Often the letter is located above the string of digits. I have seen various letters.
Does anyone have any information on deciphering this marking?
